About this mantra
Mangalam Bhagwan Shambhu is a beautiful and auspicious Shiva mantra that praises Lord Shiva as the source of divine peace, grace, protection, and mangalam — sacred auspiciousness. In this mantra, Shiva is remembered as Bhagwan Shambhu, the compassionate and benevolent form of Mahadev; Vrishabhadhwaja, the one whose emblem is Nandi; and Parvati Naath, the beloved Lord of Mata Parvati. This makes the chant deeply connected with peace, family harmony, sacred comfort, and divine blessing. Listening to or chanting this Shiva mantra is traditionally believed to support positive energy, spiritual grounding, emotional peace, and restful sleep.
How to use it
Play this chant softly as you lie down for sleep, or in the quiet of early morning. Dim the lights, breathe slowly, and let the sound repeat without effort — there is nothing to do but listen. You may chant along under your breath, or simply rest in Shiva's presence and let the vibration carry you into stillness.
The recording runs for hours, but you don't need all of it — even 21 minutes a day is enough to feel the benefit. Listen for as long as feels right, or let it play gently through the night.
