About this mantra

This mantra comes from the Dwadash Jyotirlinga Stotram, which glorifies the twelve sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva across India. Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga, located at the holy Srisailam shrine on Shri Shaila, is one of the most revered forms of Mahadev. Lord Mallikarjuna is worshipped as a compassionate, protective, and liberating form of Shiva — the one who helps devotees cross the ocean of worldly suffering. Listening to this Shiva mantra is traditionally believed to support spiritual grounding, mental calmness, emotional release, protection, and restful sleep.

How to use it

Play this chant softly as you lie down for sleep, or in the quiet of early morning. Dim the lights, breathe slowly, and let the sound repeat without effort — there is nothing to do but listen. You may chant along under your breath, or simply rest in Shiva's presence and let the vibration carry you into stillness.

The recording runs for hours, but you don't need all of it — even 21 minutes a day is enough to feel the benefit. Listen for as long as feels right, or let it play gently through the night.
