About this mantra

The Mahadripārśve ca taṭe mantra is a sacred prayer dedicated to Lord Shiva as he resides in the holy Kedarnath Jyotirlinga. Often considered a powerful tool for inner healing and peace, this mantra connects the listener to the ancient energy of the Himalayas. Listening to this continuous Shiva mantra during rest is traditionally believed to support inner purification, clear negative energy, and provide a sense of divine shield (Raksha), while invoking the compassionate presence of Mahadev.

How to use it

Play this chant softly as you lie down for sleep, or in the quiet of early morning. Dim the lights, breathe slowly, and let the sound repeat without effort — there is nothing to do but listen. You may chant along under your breath, or simply rest in Shiva's presence and let the vibration carry you into stillness.

The recording runs for hours, but you don't need all of it — even 21 minutes a day is enough to feel the benefit. Listen for as long as feels right, or let it play gently through the night.
