Meaning

Salutations to Lord Jagannath, the eternal Supreme Self, who resides at sacred Neelachal and is worshipped with Balabhadra and Subhadra. Salutations to Lord Jagannath, the source of joy for the whole universe, the remover of suffering for surrendered devotees, and the divine Lord of Neelachal.

About this mantra

This Jagannath mantra bows to Lord Jagannath, the eternal Paramatma who resides at sacred Neelachal, along with Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra. The mantra praises Jagannath as the source of joy for the universe and the remover of suffering for surrendered devotees. It is a humble prayer for peace, grace, protection, and divine shelter. During the holy Jagannath Rath Yatra season, devotees remember Mahaprabhu Jagannath with deep love, devotion, and surrender. This chant is created as a peaceful spiritual offering for anyone seeking calmness, restful sleep, protection, and connection with Lord Jagannath.

How to use it

Play this chant softly as you lie down for sleep, or in the quiet of early morning. Dim the lights, breathe slowly, and let the sound repeat without effort — there is nothing to do but listen. You may chant along under your breath, or simply rest in Jagannath's presence and let the vibration carry you into stillness.

The recording runs for hours, but you don't need all of it — even 21 minutes a day is enough to feel the benefit. Listen for as long as feels right, or let it play gently through the night.
