Har Har Bhole Namah Shivay
Devanagari
हर हर भोले नमः शिवाय
Transliteration
Hara Hara Bhole Namaḥ Śivāya
Meaning
Hail, hail Bhole — the ever-innocent, ever-giving Shiva; I bow to Shiva. A flowing dhun that repeats Mahadev’s name again and again, filling the heart and home with his gentle, protective presence.
How to use it
Play this chant softly as you lie down for sleep, or in the quiet of early morning. Dim the lights, breathe slowly, and let the sound repeat without effort — there is nothing to do but listen. You may chant along under your breath, or simply rest in Shiva's presence and let the vibration carry you into stillness.
The recording runs for hours, but you don't need all of it — even 21 minutes a day is enough to feel the benefit. Listen for as long as feels right, or let it play gently through the night.
