Lokabhiramam Ranarangadhiram — Shri Rama Vandana
What it means — A salutation to Rama as the delight of the world and the steady one in the midst of struggle — a verse for keeping one's footing.
Why devotees reach for it — Devotees choose Rama's name for ordinary steadiness: it is the name traditionally repeated while walking, working and at the close of the day.
